The company, however, denies financial wrongdoing and states it is fulfilling its obligations, viewing the bankruptcy filing as an attack on its business. Legal action is being considered against the individual who filed the petition.
Lawyer Piotr Mikołajczyk, representing a client who lost nearly 250,000 PLN, argues that the company must repay customers and suggests the situation resembles a financial pyramid scheme. He believes the bankruptcy case could take years unless funds, such as suspected cryptocurrency assets seized by authorities, become available.
Additionally, controversy surrounds a €6 million EU grant approved for Cinkciarz.pl despite ongoing fraud investigations. Regional authorities now demand updated financial documents before finalizing the funding.
Despite legal challenges and financial uncertainty, Cinkciarz.pl maintains its stance of innocence, attributing its troubles to regulatory decisions and alleged unfair competition practices.
