#czarnyprotest what does it mean

If you were on twitter the last couple days, you would have noticed a trending hashtag in Poland.

The hashtag #czarnyprotest is about a silent protest, (in some places it was a full blown demonstration), the concept of the hashtag is to wear black to protest a proposed law (by PIS) to incriminate women who abort.
The controversial law, comes as a followup to a crackdown by the Polish government (PIS government) on specific contraception pills like “day after” etc …

To be noted : PIS is an ultraconservative party.

Poland has a low population growth rate, due mainly to the very low fertility rate (1.32, 4th lowest in Europe), a high Polish migration, and a low foreign immigration.
